The World Supersport race has been called with seven laps remaining after Craig Jones suffered a horrific accident whilst he was disputing the lead.
TV images appeared to show him losing the back end of his Parkalgar Honda exiting the final corner at Clearways, sending him into a violent high-side and seemingly knocking him unconscious.
He is currently being attended to by paramedics who were immediately on the scene. He is thought reported to be conscious again.

Par contre, les commentateurs de WorldSBK (Steve Martin & ...???) n'ont pas eu vent de nouvelles de santé de Craig.
