Oui d'ailleurs il s'est égaré en GP car il ne savait pas obtenir de moto officielle en SBK... Le pauvre.

Oui ben faut savoir retourner son cuir de temps en temps !!
Sinon je pense que pour Corser on va lui proposer de rester dans le team avec Biaggi. S'il refuse tant pis pour lui ils prendont un d'jeun. Maintenant corser n'est peut etre pas tres emballé de de voir s'associer avec Biaggi sachant que l'italien sera plus ecouté que lui. Donc s'il a une propos ailleurs interressante il va surement partir.
Honda est team kate est plein avec toseland et barros.

Max Biaggi has today signed an agreement in Alleur, Belgium with Alstare Corona Extra team manager Francis Batta to ride a GSX-R1000 Suzuki in next year’s World Superbike Championship.

Biaggi is said to be more motivated and fitter than ever and has already asked to test his new Suzuki GSX-R1000 K7 as soon as possible.

"Today is a good day,” he said. “I have always followed the World Superbike Championship and my view is that it is an extremely exciting Championship. I have always admired the riders taking part in the World Superbike Championship and I value the class’s technical level.

”I have known Francis Batta and his family for years and have a lot of respect for him as he has devoted so much time and attention to promoting the profile of the World Superbike Championship. I am back in competitive sport and I am happy to be riding for an official team - Team Alstare Suzuki Corona Extra. I am as determined as ever and really want to win the Superbike World Championship. This is probably the biggest challenge of my sporting career.”

Batta said: “Max Biaggi is definitely a valuable addition to my team and to the world of Superbike. He will have the best possible staff at his disposal. I have enormous trust in his capabilities and know that his desire is to become the first Italian rider to win the World Superbike Championship.”

Paolo Alberto Flammini, CEO of FGSport, showed huge enthusiasm when hearing the news of Biaggi’s arrival.

As soon as Francis Batta told him that the agreement had been signed, he declared: “The arrival in the Superbike World Championship of one of the greatest riders in the history of motorcycle racing proves the tremendous fascination the series has for motorcycle fanatics. Furthermore, Max’s participation is the result of a collaboration between Team Alstare and FGSport. We are convinced that he will help boost public interest in the World Superbike Championship. His presence will also improve the competitiveness and spectacle which make the World Superbike Championship one of the most exciting series in the world today.”

Si dans la rubrique discussion SBK, la où ce sujet aurait du être posté dès le départ.

Effectivement l'avenir pour Corser s'annonce un peu bof... mais lui ce qui l'interesse c'est courrir.
Quand on se souviens de son parcours, champion SBK en 96 chez les rouges puis une passe moyenne sur la Petronnas, avant d'etre de nouveau titré en 2005, ca force le respect. En voilà un qui est toujours capable de rebondir!!!
(ben ouais, c'est un australien...elle est nulle?...ok ok... )

Je suis egalement surpris qu'ils gardent Kagayama plutot que lui...

Comme je l'ai dit dans l'autre post (je crois, je ne m'y retrouve plus), Kagayama serait le chouchou de Batta.

Moi je verrais bien Corser de retour chez les rouges. Les 2 Troy ensemble, ce serait fort ça. Mais bon, je crois que Hodgson aura les préférence de Bologne pour le team officiel!
