Je suis le seul à penser qu'il aurait mieux fait de passer en SBK chez Yamaha Motor France ?

J'ai l'impression que Yamaha va tout faire pour gagner en SBK l'an prochain :

- nouveau sponsor (Winston)
- un grand pilote (Corser) pour épauler l'autre taré de Haga :D

L'année ou jamais pour piloter une R1 je trouve.

Vous avez la mémoire courte: :p

1998: Laconi, Bayle, Garcia Gimbert + Ruggia (pas de points)
En 1999, on a eu 3 français: Laconi sur Yam, Bayle sur la Modenas, Gimbert sur une Honda V2 + B. Garcia qui a pas marqué de points
Et en 2000: Laconi toujours sur la Yam RedBull, Gimbert + un belge (Legrelle)

Mais bon, les GP500 n'atteignaient pas le plateau MotoGP actuel avec aucun team réélement privé.

Et Gimbert l'a dit elle sont bien plus puissante les yam italia (celle de HAGA et maintenant CORSER...)

Donc pour moi il a fait un bon choix!

C'est clair quelles marchent vraiment moins bien. Rien qua voir comment gimbert a trimé l'année dernière.
Blague a part Guintoli a surement fait le bon choix.Il est jeune, il voyait qu'il stagnait en 250 et que des jeunes arrivaient.Donc il fait le grand saut. Il n'aura pas la meilleur moto, mais au moins un team serieux et Hervé Poncharal en boss. Que du bon pour faire son experience.

Tech 3 Yamaha completes 2007 line-up with Sylvian Guintoli

The Tech 3 Team is pleased to announce that the Yamaha-Dunlop project will continue in 2007 with a two-rider line-up. After signing Makoto Tamada last week, Tech 3 Yamaha has completed its 2007 squad with the addition of French 250cc rider and current Tech 3 test rider Sylvain Guintoli.

Herve Poncharal, Team Principal of Tech 3 Yamaha, said “I am very grateful to Yamaha for supporting us for one more season and enabling us to have two riders on the new 800cc motorcycle. Furthermore, I am very happy to announce that Sylvain Guintoli will be our second rider alongside Makoto Tamada. The Tech 3 Yamaha Team will be the only team to run Dunlop tyres in MotoGP and we are delighted that we will have such a talented line-up to continue with the great work that we’ve done in 2006.”

“It’s a dream come true for me to finally step up to the MotoGP class,” added French star Guintoli. “Herve and I have known each other for years and to be given the chance to ride with a Yamaha factory team is a fantastic opportunity for me. I want to thank Herve Poncharal and Yamaha for this chance and I can’t wait to begin working with them.”

Content pour lui, je le connait c'est un mec génial.

Parcontre j'ai peur que ce soir un peu tôt, genre l'expérience De Puniet...

Le potentiel est là c'est certain, mais le manque d'expérience, plus arriver sur une machine pas au point, avec des pneus en développement... ça fait beaucoup d'inconnues dans l'équation.

Content pour lui, et pour nous. Des trois frenchies du plateau 2007, je pense que c'est lui qui s'en sortira le mieux. Pas d'expérience c'est vrai, mais un team qui connaît la musique. Il ne semble pas avoir la grosse tronche, et semble plutôt bosseur.Bonne chance à lui
