Trouvé sur le site officiel de Max:

This situation is the ugliest that could ever happened. The crash with Melandri, than my uncle’s hot reaction that passed the limit and at last the decision of the Race Direction that penalized me. I’m very sorry for my uncle’s behaviour because I know he reacted instinctively only to defend me, but he’s the nicest person on earth. Further his act put on a lower level the aggression I had inside the track from Melandri. To understand what really happened you need to see the pictures from above, because only that angle clearly shows the incident. Melandri was coming from behind and he entered the inside of the chicane with one intention only: To throw me out of the track. In fact, he also turned his head to launch a challenging look at me. He hit the body-work of my bike and good faith only kept me on. The scene of my elbow from above shows clearly that it was an extreme tentative to keep the distance between our bikes and not an aggression itself. On the other hand, as answer to it I received a kick. All this is even more pointless because Melandri could not do another fast lap: he had just messed up his last fast lap and with that qualifying tire he could not do another one ( Michelin confirmed it ). Anyhow I have nothing against Melandri, adrenaline attacks happen to anybody. I’m sorry for him and especially for the image that we gave. I’m pretty satisfied with the qualifying session, the team did a good job. The 9th fastest lap that I scored doesn’t tell the truth: we found a good set up for the race. Unfortunatly after the incident with Battaini I had to qualify with bike number 2, wich was slower, but tomorrow we can be with the fastest guys.

Mouais...
